Amuse bouche - Crostini of tuna tartare with extra virgin olive oil, lime, shallots, capers, belvedere vodka and white truffle oil


Lump Crab salad with asparagus, hard cooked egg yolk, baby potatoes, and caviar

Bresaola rolls ( air dried beef) with grapefruit glee, arugula and parmesan cheese

Fettuccine Alfredo´s authentic recipe with parmesan, butter, and pasta water
or
Baked petite lasagna with duck ragu, and a touch of orange
Roast loin of lamb with spinach and mushroom gratin, Chianti wine reduction, and a spicy red pepper puree

Medallions of Swordfish a la plancha with braised artichokes, cherry tomatoes white wine, garlic and rosemary and spinach polenta
