Sea Turtle Nest at Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort & Spa
An amazing experience to share with everybody is the miracle of nature! A sea turtle nest appeared this morning in our beach!
During the morning walk of our security department they discovered great news... a loggerhead turtle swam during the night and choose our beach to host its nest.
A biologist from the Ecology Department of Cozumel visited the resort and inspected the area. He told us that in approx. 45 days, 100 baby turtles will be born. We will be monitoring the nest to keep it safe.
We invite our guests that already have a reservation around July 14th and the ones that do not have a reservation yet, to join us during the magnificent experience of helping baby turtles to find their way to get to the ocean and start their lives naturally.
